Wang Chenguang (LLM Harvard Law School;PHD,Peking University) is Associate Professor of Law and Dean of the Tsinghua Law School.He is an Arbitrator at the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, sitting as an arbitrator in more than 10 "international" arbitrations and working also as an expert in Chinese law in foreign arbitration cases. He is also Vice-President of the China Association of Legal Theory, Deputy Chair of the Beijing Law Society, and Visiting Professor of China's Judge's College.

Dean of Department of Science and Technology, China University of Politics and Law (CUPL); founder and chair of Center for IP Research of CUPL; Director of Center for Legal Information of CUPL. Professor Zhang specializes in intellectual property law, e-commerce law, information & technology law and the issues of information securities. Minhu Ma, Professor of law at Xi’an Jiaotong University, China, is the director of Chinese information law seminar, the academician of the World Jurist Association, the adviser of information & network security experts group of Shaanxi Province, the consultant of Xi'an Intermediate People's Court of the People’s Republic of China and the arbiter of Xi'an Arbitration Commission. Professor Ma specializes in intellectual property law, information & technology law, cyber-security law and the issues of information securities.

Dr. Li Mingde is a professor in Institute of Law, China Academy of Social Sciences; Intellectual Property Center, China Academy of Social Sciences; and an arbitrator for China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission. He received his Ph. D from Peking University and went to the Institute of Law, China Academy of Social Sciences in the same year. From January 1995 to January 1997, he was a visiting scholar in School of Law, University of Washington. From February to August 2001, he was a guest researcher in Max-Planck Institute for Foreign and International Patent, Unfair Competition, and Copyright Law in Munich, Germany. From May to June, 2002, he visited Canada as a visiting scholar and did his research work in Faculty of Law, University of British Columbia. From October 2003 to January 2004, he was a guest professor in National Tsing Hua University.

Professor Jia Peifa graduated from Department of Automatic Control, Tsinghua University in 1970, and received master degree from Department of Computer Science & Technology of Tsinghua University in 1982. He is the director of State Key Laboratory of Intelligent Technology and Systems, vice president of school of information,and also the leader of Expert Group on the Intelligent Robot Subjent of High-Technology R&D(863) Program. As the leader of the Expert Group, he desided three R&D area. They are Industry Robot, Special Robot and Intelligent machine. He is speading up the industrialization of these technology.
His main research area includes Intelligent Control, Intelligent Robot, Architecture of Intelligent Robot, Virtual Reality and so on. He has published over50 pupers.

Zhang Ping is professor at the Law School of Peking University. She is also the Director of the Internet Law Center of Peking University Law School since 2005, Secretary General of the Universities Intellectual Property Association of China since 1998 and an arbitrator for the Asian Domain Name Dispute Resolution Center (ADNDRC) since 2002 and Arbitrator, of the Beijing Arbitration Commission.

Professor Bing Wang is a full Professor and Director of the Research Center for Intellectual Property Laws, Tsinghua University, Beijing, China. He graduated from the Department of Chemical Engineering, Tsinghua University in 1970. He had studied intellectual property laws and practice for one year as visiting scholar in Gowling, Strathy & Henderson and the Law School of the University of Ottawa, Ottawa, Canada in 1985. He had been as a visiting professor for near one year in the Department of Chemical Engineering, Ohio State University, U.S.A. in 1993. From the July of 2000 to the July of 2001 he had studied intellectual property laws for one year in Franklin Pierce Law Center, USA and obtained LLM Degree in IP Law.
Professor Bing Wang has been involved in IP management, IP education and research of intellectual property laws. He had been responsible for dealing with the collaborations between Tsinghua University and industry, particularly foreign companies from 1989 to 1999. He has been engaged in IP education and research since 1995 in School of Law, Tsinghua University. He has published 4 books and more than 70 papers and conducted 19 IP research projects totally.

Professor Weiguo Wang is the Assistant President of China University of Politics and Law. He is also the Dean of the School of Civil Commercial and Economic Law, China University of Politics and Law, Vice Chairman of the the Civil Law Academy of the Law Society of China and Vice Chairman, the Information Law Academy of the Law Society of China. He is also a member of the following: International Insolvency Institute; Expert Commission of the National Bar Examination, the PRC Ministry of Justice; standing council, the Environment and Resources Law Academy, the Law Society of China; standing council, the China Association of WTO Study; and the Expert Group for the UNCITRAL program on Commercial Fraud.

Jackey Bin Yang is Assistant Director of Institute for Internet Behavior of Tsinghua University, where he is responsible for business development and technical management. Previously, he was Vice President of Sino-Rail Telecommunication Co., Ltd., which core business is constructing and leasing fiber-optics to all telecommunication companies in China. Meantime, he was a director of a listing company (SH, 600149). Before 2001, he was co-founder and Director of Business Development of China SpaceLinux Co., Ltd., which provided total solutions to the Linux platform for customers and merged into Turbolinux (China) thereafter. He received the PhD, Master and Bachelor degrees in Compute Science from Tsinghua University. He speaks Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
