Sylvia Mercado Kierkegaard (LLB, LLM, MSc."Summa cum Laude", PGDipl. EU Law, PG. Dip, Intl.Private Law, M.Eco., BA,Theo.,PHD.MA - from USA, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Philippines and Denmark) has authored over 2000 articles which have appeared in leading journals, books, newspapers and magazines. She is editor-in-chief of the Journal of International Commercial Law and Technology (JICLT), editor of 5 international journals, editorial board member of over 20 international journals and editor of several law books. Her articles regularly appears in Computer Law and Security Report (Oxford-Elsevier), the world’s leading international law journals on computer law, where she also serves as a member of the Correspondents Panel. She is a member of the Program Committee and reviewer of several organizations and conferences. She is a Thesis Advisor in the Masters program , management-legal consultant for various companies and executive director of IMF-MCC. She is a recipient of three international journalism awards and is currently president of the International Association of IT Lawyers (www.iaitl.org). She is listed as a global expert resource person on cyberlaw and a member of several working groups and committes involved in the study of proposals for revisions or recommendations of legislations.

Weiguang Wu is Lecturer of IP and IT Law at Tsinghua Law School, Research Fellow of Institute for Internet Behavior of Tsinghua University and Tsinghua IP Center, an experienced attorney of IP and IT Law at Tsing Hua Yuan Law Firm since 1997. He is author of the book Electronic Commerce Law (2004, Tsinghua Publishing Press), and published more than 13 academic articles about patent, copyright, trademark and Internet law in Chinese and English. He holds a Masters degree in Civil and Commercial Law from Tsinghua University, Diploma of EU law issued by the E.U. Commission, LLM of International and Comparative Law by SMU and a Bachelor degree in Engineering from Tsinghua University. He is also a PhD Candidate (Part-time) of CASS IP Center.

Professor Li Huai Liang, Dean of Media Management School of Communication University of China, is the director of the Cultural Trade Research Institute of the Communication University of China. He is also in charge of the National Cultural Trade Research Base. Prof. Li has published more than 50 academic articles and 4 academic books.
