Registration.

At least one of the authors must register and present the paper in order for the paper to be included in Conference (book) and in the journal. In addition, all trademark use within the manuscript must be credited to its owner, or written permission to use the name must be granted. The author(s) will hold the publisher harmless from all suits resulting from any unlawful matter contained in his submitted work.

TO ALL THE PARTICIPANTS
All bank charges (bank transfer cost and receiving cost) are borne by the participants. We will not issue your copy of the book unless we receive the full amount of payment without deductions.

Registration Fee
The registration fee must be paid upon registering. The participants will not be deemed registered until LSPI receives cleared funds in respect of the registration fee. Confirmation of your successful registration, will be sent to the participants immediately. LSPI will not be responsible for any failures, changes or delays in performing our respective obligations arising from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to, acts of God, acts of civil or military authority, fires, wars, riots, earthquakes, storms, typhoons and floods. If LSPI has to cancel the conference, subject to force majeure, the Conference Organisers will refund the registration fee.

There is no discount or fee waiver. We do not pay for the accommodation or airfare of participants.

NOTE:  NO proceedings will be shipped.

We have until now managed to keep our registration rate lower than other academic conferences.

Our registration rates include 2 -3 dinners, buffet lunches, cocktails, softdrinks/coffee/mineral water available during the entire conference, publication in top journals, editing and proof reading of papers, awards and networking and committee referral after the Conference. Our keynote speakers are well-known international policy makers. The Conference is ranked Qualis A.
